Peter Pan and Wendy finally got married!

Cette semaine, les adolescentes américaines sont en ébullition. Il faut savoir qu’une niche dans la communauté des Disneyfans s’est créée sur Tumblr où un véritable culte un brin chelou est voué au character de Peter Pan à Disneyland (Californie). Ces groupies leur ont même attribués de petits surnoms en signe d’affection. En vrac nous avons Huggy Pan, Spieling Peter et Acorn Peter. Mais c’est Spielling Peter qui est le responsable du chahut hormonal de ces jouvencelles. Pourquoi? Hé bien parce que le cast member jouant Peter Pan vient de se marier avec… une cast membeuse jouant Wendy! Et donc c’est trop chou, trop mimi, trop kikoolol voyez-vous.

New York Park video is amazing, but what’s the point?

Après Inception, non pas le blockbuster de Christopher Nolan mais bien l’étourdissante vidéo de parc surréaliste, la même équipe revient avec un nouveau projet intitulé New York Park. Soit la même chose qu’avant mais à New York. A défaut de comprendre le but de ce concept, profitons de la beauté de la réalisation.

After Inception, not the famous blockbuster by director Christopher Nolan, but the wicked video of a surrealistic amusement park, the same crew is back with a new project called New York Park. Basically it’s the same concept but in New York. Even if you don’t get the purpose of these videos (who does?), you should still enjoy the mind blowing special effects.

Transformers – The Ride looks even more appealing in this making of

Universal Studios Hollywood a eu la bonne idée de réaliser un making of de l’excitant Transformers The Ride 3D. On y croise notamment Steven Spielberg et Michael Bay qui usent de tous les superlatifs possibles pour décrire cette amazing fascinating incredible wonderful fantastic terrific pushing the boundaries attraction. On peut facilement avoir une sainte horreur de ces films, mais comment ne pas avoir envie d’embarquer dans ces véhicules?

North Korea : Kim Jong-un enjoys unauthorised Disney show

Pendant ce temps là, en Corée du Nord, le camarade Kim Jong-un applaudit bien fort un spectacle mettant en scène des imitations de piètre qualité de personnages Disney. Je n’ai pas d’extrait sous la main, mais certains medias français dits “sérieux” (France 3) ont cru que Disney était officiellement impliqué et que cela signifiait un rapprochement entre l’économie occidentale et la dictature nord coréenne. On leur achète des lunettes et deux trois neurones?

Horizons fans jump off the ride

Burnés les mecs du blog Mesa Verde Times. A l’époque où le pavillon Horizons d’Epcot n’avait pas encore été remplacé par Mission : Space, ces deux fans hardcore de l’attraction voulaient savoir comment elle fonctionnait et à quoi elle ressemblait de près. Sans se poser de question,  ils ont tout simplement sauté de leur véhicule pour aller se ballader dans les décors et en backstage. Ah ce bon vieux temps sans caméra de surveillance!

These guys from the Mesa Verde Times blog aren’t afraid of anything. Back in the days, when the Horizons pavillion at Epcot wasn’t replaced yet by Mission : Space, those two die hard fans really wanted to know how it worked and what it really looked like. So they simply jumped off their vehicle to stroll on the sets and in backstage. Good old days with no CCTV!
